Jill Hammond
BSN, RN, CWOCN

Jill has been a WOC nurse for over 10 years and has more than 14 years of clinical experience. Jill began her nursing career at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in Cleveland, OH in the post‐op Colorectal unit before pursuing her Wound, Ostomy and Continence certification. In 2008, she began working as a WOC nurse at the Cleveland Clinic where she cared for patients who had ostomies, fistulas and acute surgical wounds.

Jill served as a faculty member at the R.B. Turnbull Jr School of WOC nursing, where she precepted many new WOC nurses entering the profession. In 2016, Jill joined Convatec as a Clinical Resource Specialist where she was a member of the me+ recovery series launch team in the United States and has spoken about the series as several events including the 2018 Canadian Association of Enterstomal Therapy. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Cleveland State University in Ohio.

“My passion is in ostomy care. Early in my career I saw the profound impact the WOC nurses had onpatients with new ostomies by helping them mentally and physically adjust to new life with a stoma. I became a WOC nurse to have a similar impact on patients.”

Donna Sellers
BSN, RN, CWON

Donna has been a wound and ostomy nurse for over 20 years and has more than 30 years of clinical experience. Prior to her role as a Clinical Resource Specialist, Donna developed a breadth of experience while working in home health care, acute care and as a facilitator at the outpatient ostomy clinic at Orlando Health Level 1 trauma.

Donna has spoken extensively, internationally and domestically, on topics such as Ostomy Care in the United States and the use of Convatec Moldable Technology™ Skin Barriers. She authored and presented a poster on her clinical experiences using Convatec Moldable Technology™. Donna was an early adopter of the me+™ recovery series and has conducted training on the use of convex products. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Samford University in Alabama and received her WOC nurse training at Emory University in Georgia.

Jeanean Bauer
RN, BSN, CWON

Jeanean has been a Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse for over 10 years, with 23 years of clinical experience. Her career as a nurse has included various avenues and experiences with acute care, post-acute care and home health/hospice. Jeanean joined Convatec in April, 2022 as a Clinical Resource Specialist.

Jeanean completed her Bachelor of Science-Nursing degree at University of Cincinnati and her Wound Ostomy training through WEB WOC at Metropolitan State University-Minnesota.

Lindsay Morris
BSN, RN, CWON

Lindsay joined Convatec as a Clinical Resource Specialist after more than 13 years of clinical nursing experience and 6 years as a WOC nurse. Lindsay has spent this time working in acute care, home health, and outpatient ostomy clinic settings. She pursued certification as a WOC nurse after early experiences with wounds and ostomies as a home health nurse. Following certification, Lindsay took her love of teaching to her role as an ostomy educator to patients in all phases of their ostomy journey.

“I love helping people figure out how to successfully manage ostomies! There’s nothing quite like helping a patient, caregiver or nurse learn what they needed to have that ‘Aha! Moment’. Helping them realize that they CAN do this; and while life is different it doesn’t have to be worse. It’s just the best feeling.”

Elizabeth Larson
BSN, RN, CWOCN

Liz has been a WOC Nurse since 2011 and has more than 18 years of clinical experience working with a variety of patients in a major cancer center. After receiving her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from College of Mount Saint Vincent in the Bronx, NY, Liz began her nursing career at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center on the post‐op Colorectal unit. Working with ostomates inspired her to pursue her Wound, Ostomy and Continence certification. In 2011, she joined the WOC Nurse team and saw patients across the continuum for various wound, ostomy and continence issues in the inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings. Liz precepted new WOC Nurses through the Emory University Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse program. She has presented posters at the National and Regional WOCN conferences pertaining to wound and ostomy care.

Liz joined Convatec as a Clinical Resource Specialist in 2021 and is excited for the opportunity to work with WOC Nurses and Clinical Nurses to help improve their patients ostomy experience.
