Vitala™ Continence Control Device

Vitala™ Continence Control Device

Introducing security and temporary continence up to 8 hours daily.

Vitala™ Continence Control Device (CCD) is a unique, non invasive pouchless Ostomy Device that allows individuals to manage their colostomy without a belt or irrigation. Indicated for use up to 8 hours, Vitala™ CCD is a single-use, disposable device that is worn together with the ConvaTec SUR-FIT Natura® skin barrier.

Vitala™ CCD functions by sealing against the stoma to prevent the release of stool while permitting gasses to vent through an integrated, deodorizing filter. Vitala™ CCD recommended for use 6-12 weeks after surgery

Benefits:

  • Eliminates the need for a pouch for an extended period of time each day
  • Minimizes noise and odors that sometimes accompany pouch use
  • Discreet low profile helps make the presence of an ostomy less noticeable
